Welcome to Vintra. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vintra mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using Vintra, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Vintra, you confirm that:

Subject to these Terms, Vintra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
No ownership rights are transferred to you.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Vintra or its licensors.
Vintra is designed for personal organization of wine collections, including but not limited to:

Vintra does not require user registration.
No login is necessary.
Most application data is stored locally on your device.
Unless otherwise stated, bottle information, photos, voice notes, wallet balance, preferences, and tasting records are stored locally.
Removing the App may permanently delete locally stored information.
You are responsible for creating your own backups if desired.
Vintra offers optional consumable point packs through Apple In-App Purchase.
Points may be used only for supported in-app actions.

All software, design, graphics, logos, icons, text, layouts, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vintra, its developers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

The latest version will always replace previous versions once published.
Your continued use of Vintra after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
